Every night, Sami gets a belly rub from Victor. If Victor is not home by the time we go to bed, she gets extremely grumpy and curls up into a tight ball at the end of the bed. If you can’t tell, Sami is truly a spoiled dog. So, I’m not too sure what’s going to happen once the baby comes along. Let’s hope Sami loves the little kid as much as she loves her dad!
Suzi, my mom’s dog (a.k.a. my sister), has been visiting us for a few weeks. Today we went for a walk and ended up stopping half way for a break in the shade. I guess it’s pretty hot when you’re walking that close to the sidewalk. Normally, if I had just Sami, I would have picked her up and walked home until she was ready to walk on her own again. But with two dogs and me being pregnant, there’s no way I’m picking up both of them. Luckily I remembered to bring my phone with my on our walk, and used it to call Victor to come to our rescue.
